Auralink VPN — Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 June 2026

1. Agreement & parties.

These Terms are between you and Auralink Nova Technology L.L.C ("Auralink"). By downloading, accessing, or using Auralink VPN (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility.

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent where permitted) and legally able to enter this agreement. The Service is not offered where prohibited by law.

3. The Service.

Auralink VPN provides an encrypted virtual private network and related privacy features, powered by NodeLink. Features may evolve over time.

4. Node-owner entitlement.

Eligible NodeLink node owners receive the Service as a bundled benefit: five years, for up to five people. Eligibility, seat limits, transfer, and end-of-period terms are described at /node-owners and may be updated. The benefit is non-transferable except as stated.

5. Licence.

Auralink grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on your devices for personal use, subject to these Terms and the Apple/Google app-store terms (including Apple's standard EULA where applicable).

6. Acceptable use.

Your use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy (below), incorporated by reference. Breach may result in suspension or termination.

7. Accounts & security.

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorised use.

8. Payments (if applicable).

Paid tiers, if offered, are billed through Apple/Google or our processor under their terms; cancellations/refunds follow those platforms' policies and applicable law.

9. Intellectual property.

Auralink, the Auralink marks, and "Powered by NodeLink" are owned by Auralink/its licensors. No rights granted except the licence above.

10. Disclaimers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." A VPN improves privacy and security but does not make you anonymous, does not guarantee protection against all threats, and does not legalise otherwise-unlawful activity. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auralink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; total liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Suspension & termination.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, legal requirement, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes.

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use means acceptance.

14. Governing law & disputes.

Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai); disputes subject to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

15. Contact.

Auralink Nova Technology L.L.C, address above · [email protected].

16. Apple App Store — additional terms (EULA).

If you download Auralink VPN from the Apple App Store, the following also apply and, where they conflict, govern your use of the app on Apple devices:

  • Parties. This licence is concluded between you and Auralink only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Scope. Apple grants you no rights beyond a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
  • Maintenance & support. Auralink is solely responsible for support and maintenance; Apple has no obligation to provide any.
  • Warranty. Auralink is responsible for any product warranties, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); otherwise Apple has no warranty obligation.
  • Claims. Auralink, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and consumer-protection claims.
  • Intellectual property. In the event of a third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual-property rights, Auralink, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in an embargoed country or on any prohibited-party list, and will not use the app in violation of applicable export laws.
  • Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
