Privacy Policy — Auralink VPN

Last updated: 5 June 2026

1. Who we are.

Auralink VPN is provided by Auralink Nova Technology L.L.C ("Auralink," "we," "us"), Commercial Licence 1607764, Office G06-80, The Exchange Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Privacy contact / DPO: [email protected].

2. Our core privacy promise.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We operate a no-activity-logs service: we do not log, monitor, or store the websites you visit, the content of your traffic, your DNS queries, or any record linking your identity to your online destinations while connected.

3. Data we collect, and why.

  • Account data — e.g. email and NodeLink/Auralink account ID. Purpose: create and secure your account. Basis: contract / consent.
  • Entitlement data — confirmation of your node bundle and seat allocation (up to 5 people). Purpose: deliver your benefit. Basis: contract.
  • Limited service diagnostics — aggregated, non-identifying signals (crashes, connection success, app version). Purpose: reliability. Basis: legitimate interests / consent where required. Kept separate from any browsing identity; never used to profile activity.
  • Support data — what you send when you contact support. Basis: contract / legitimate interests.
  • Payment data — only for paid tiers; handled by Apple/Google or our processor. We do not store full card details.

4. Data we do NOT collect.

Browsing or DNS history, traffic content, or any record tying your identity to your online activity.

5. How we use data.

Solely to provide, secure, maintain and improve the service; manage your account and entitlement; send service and support messages; and meet legal obligations. No advertising profiling. No third-party tracking SDKs inside the VPN tunnel.

6. Sharing & sub-processors.

We share data only with vendors strictly necessary to run Auralink (hosting/infrastructure, payment processing, crash diagnostics), each under contracts requiring equivalent protection, and only where legally compelled by valid legal process. Current sub-processors: listed on our Legal page.

7. International transfers.

We may process data outside your country, including in the UAE. Where required, we apply safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or an approval mechanism under the applicable law) for transfers from the EU/EEA, UK, and under the UAE PDPL.

8. Retention & deletion.

We keep account/entitlement data only while your account is active and for the minimum period required afterward by law, then delete or anonymise it. Diagnostics are retained in aggregate only.

9. Your rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your data, and to withdraw consent. Californian users may opt out of "sale"/"sharing" — note we do not sell or share personal data. To exercise any right: [email protected]. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in the UAE, the UAE Data Office).

10. Security.

Traffic is encrypted from your device to our servers. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect account data and review them regularly.

11. Children.

Auralink VPN is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data.

12. Lawful use / your responsibility.

VPN availability and legality vary by country. You are responsible for using Auralink VPN lawfully where you are, including compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 where applicable. We do not provide the service to enable unlawful activity (see our Acceptable Use Policy).

13. Changes.

We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
